The hotel offers excellent rooms with free Wifi service, good staff, complimentary breakfast in the lobby, and a connected 7 Eleven General store. However, the room size is small, with just a 1.5 feet space between the bed and the wall.
The hotel room was messy and lacked facilities, but the hotel staff were very supportive and fulfilled our requests. The location was not bad but could be loud at night due to the highway noise. The dining experience was a mix of traditional and European cuisine. The facilities overall were limited.
The hotel is conveniently located near the KL area, making it easy to travel around with friends if you have your own transport. The strategic location provides good accessibility to many places, but it's advisable to avoid walking alone after 10 pm for safety reasons. Finding public transportation to other locations is easy, and the price is affordable with just payment for one night and a RM40 deposit. The hotel is close to the E-electronic market, but there is a continuous smell of smoke in the elevator and the house technician has two years of experience.
The hotel had some drawbacks like rooms with no natural light and being basic, yet offering usual complimentary items. However, the size of the room was too small, making it uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location was convenient for accessing the LRT station on foot, but the noise from the highway disturbed my sleep at night.
The hotel is situated far from everything except the highway, which resulted in continuous noise from passing vehicles at night. Although it lacks a vanity top in the bathrooms, it is close to the city center and major malls. The breakfast options were unexpectedly delightful, with a variety of choices to enjoy.
